Signing and safekeeping
The notarial act en minute, in technological form, is signed before a notary and kept securely in the notarial profession's technological vault. It carries the authenticity, permanence and probative force that are specific to the notarial act.
A notarial deed is proof of what it contains.
What a notary records and receives does not have to be proven again before a court. This probative force sets the notarial deed apart from a document signed between two people, and is one of its main advantages.
